Terms of Service
Last updated August 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of ExecutorBench (executorbench.com). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
Not a law firm
ExecutorBench provides self-help workflow software and document preparation support. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The task lists, deadlines, and documents we generate are based on general information about your state’s procedures and the details you enter; they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation. If your estate is contested, involves significant assets, or raises questions you are not confident about, we recommend consulting a probate attorney licensed in your state.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Accuracy of legal information
We work to keep the state-specific thresholds, deadlines, and procedures referenced in the product current, and we review them on a recurring basis. Laws change, and we cannot guarantee that every value reflects the most recent amendment at every moment. Always confirm a critical deadline or dollar threshold with your local probate court or an attorney before relying on it for an irreversible decision.
Plans and payment
ExecutorBench offers a free tier and paid tiers with additional document generation and features. Paid tier pricing is shown before you purchase. Paid tiers are not currently available for purchase; this section will be updated with billing and refund terms once payment processing is enabled.
Documents you generate
Documents generated through ExecutorBench are drafts based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before filing them with a court, financial institution, or other third party.
Sharing with beneficiaries
If you create a share link to give a beneficiary visibility into your estate’s status, you are responsible for choosing what to share and with whom. You can revoke a share link at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ExecutorBench to store information about an estate you do not have the authority to act on, to attempt to access another user’s account or data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
ExecutorBench is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the task plans, deadlines, or documents it generates are complete or fully accurate for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ExecutorBench is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on task plans, deadlines, or documents it generates.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
